Flint Michigan Plants

General Motors will splash out $230 million to update four assembly/equipment plants in Flint. (Where do you find $230 million after bankruptcy?!?)
The largest proportion of the money is going to the Flint Engine South plant, responsible for building the Chevrolet power-plants for the Volt’s inline-four and the Cruze’s turbocharged 1.4L engine.
