Be on the look-out for those you may know who have EV’s, as this harsh cold front is set to get extremely cold in some areas, there will be opportunity to poke fun at those who stupidly bought a 100% battery-powered car. You see, the extreme cold, well any temp below 32F actually, is the enemy of the battery! So you may see those who love the earth more than commonsense struggling, they may get to work but may not make it back home! You may see them freezing their buttocks off as they drive without heat to preserve battery charge, because as you enjoy the blower motor fan pushing air across the heater core, heated by your lushious-ly warm combustion engine equipped whip, and heating the cabin of your fossil-fueled car, you’re EV buddy will require battery power to produce heat, and that may not be an option, even if they are to complete a very short journey! So tease! My friends! Tease!
