Sr. suing Jr. For $1M

Our first love has four wheels, but we can still admire the inspirational vision and craftsmanship of the guys from the TV show Orange County Choppers when it comes to two wheels, and while we don’t necessarily set the DVR to record the events of the Teutel family on a weekly basis we are able to keep up-to-date with the on-going saga of the dysfunctional trio from upstate New York.

What was once the amusement and attraction of the show, the bickering back and forth between Jr. and Sr. with the odd bit of comedy from Mikey, has turned extremely sour. The father, whose arms have definitely been getting smaller, no longer speaks to either son, Mikey recently signed himself into a rehab center, and Paul Jr. is struggling to find work under the mantle of Jr. Designs volunteered to help develop a dog pooping park ‘pro bono’.

And if the situation isn’t sad enough already, Paul Sr. has filed a law suit against his son, and once right hand man, Paul Jr. for his shares of the world famous Orange County Choppers Inc. as well as $1M in damages. How bad must things be? I guess like most people, we thought , even hoped, somehow it would all work out and they’d all end up back together, but that doesn’t appear to be a realistic option now.

Chalk up another family broken due to the infamy of reality TV.
