Rossion Q1 Roars Around Italy w/Video

American Supercar Based On Noble M400

Rossion Automotive, an American auto-builder who purchased production rights to the English platform of the M400 from Noble, put together a 450hp beast with a top speed of 189mph.
Below is video of the Q1, with its 3.5L bi-turbo mid-mounted Ford V6 that can produce 390lb-ft of torque and propel the two-seater to 60mph in 3.1 seconds. Techs at 1G Racing installed a Getrag six-speed manual transmission and Quaife limited-slip rear differential.
After it was all complete, Italy was chosen as the venue to shoot the promotional video showing off the handling capabilities and pull-away power of the American-made car. While the Italian coast is a beautiful location for any promotional shoot, we can’t help but wonder if this was an attempt to compare its abilities to that of other superior Italian supercars, and if it was that’s pretty sad. An impressive car but not really the same league, yet.
